Currently serving as Partner & Global Leader in Markets & Strategy at Dhir & Dhir Associates since November 2020, Sonal previously led the Compliance Practice as Senior Vice President at Legasis Services Pvt. Ltd. from April 2018 to November 2020, providing compliance solutions across India and 60 jurisdictions globally. With a diverse background, Sonal has also held roles as Director of Risk Transformation at EY, Director at LexCare Global, and Head of Legal & Regulatory Compliance at Legasis Services, among other positions. Experience spans over two decades, with significant contributions to risk management, compliance, and legal operations across multiple sectors.
