Lorenzo Ditri

Lorenzo Ditri is a Consultant at DHL Consulting since November 2023, where responsibilities include serving as PMO for IT and Change Management streams on a new AI-powered HR platform and supporting Program Leadership in stakeholder management and KPI reporting. Previously, as a Customer Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Digital from July 2021 to October 2023, Lorenzo implemented governance frameworks for a Salesforce CRM project and held a variety of roles that involved enhancing business development, performing benchmark analyses for vehicle databases, and establishing data governance and quality control measures in major Italian banks. Early experience includes a digital consultancy role at Xeerpa, where a commercial plan for a sales forecasting algorithm was developed. Lorenzo holds a Master's degree in Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Management from Università Bocconi.
