Sean McDermott

Sean McDermott is currently the Head of IT Service Management, Infrastructure, and Security at DHL Express Ireland since August 2018. Prior to this role, Sean held various positions at DHL from September 2001 to September 2019, starting as an IT Service Management Analyst and working their way up to Senior IT Service Supervisor and Head of IT Service Management & Infrastructure. Before joining DHL, Sean worked at Smurfit Print as a Machine Operator from September 1991 to August 2001. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security & Digital Forensics from Technological University Dublin, which Sean completed from 2009 to 2013.
