Jéssica Antunes

Jéssica Antunes is a skilled Talent Acquisition & Project Manager Global Coordinator at DHL since April 2025, with a robust background in organizational development and youth leadership garnered through multiple roles at AIESEC. Notably, Jéssica served as the Europe Organizational Development Manager from January to December 2024 and was the Country Manager for AIESEC in Portugal from August 2021 to June 2023, leading a team of six managers and over 200 young people across eight offices. During this tenure, Jéssica implemented effective product strategies that positioned AIESEC in the top three in Europe for the Global Talent program.
