Manoj Puruthuveetil is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in solutions development, project management, and technology transformation. Currently serving as the Head of IT - Solutions Development at DHL since January 2007, Manoj motivates high-performing teams while managing IT expenditures and steering technological advancements. Prior to DHL, Manoj held various leadership roles at Mercury International Ltd, where significant contributions included leading complex upgrades and designing bespoke applications to enhance business operations. Manoj's career began at Scandent Group, where project management and quality assurance efforts earned the organization CMM level 5 certification. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Surrey, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karnatak University, and diplomas in relational databases and computer programming.
