Tay Yi Ning is the Head of the DHL Asia Pacific Innovation Center, where they drive innovative solutions in logistics. Previously, Tay served as a Key Account Manager and later as the Regional Customer Director for Customer Solutions & Innovation at DHL from 2008 to 2013. They also held positions at DB Schenker and GEODIS as a Key Account Manager and Regional Key Account Manager, respectively. Tay holds an Executive MBA from Nanyang Technological University and has completed additional programs at prestigious institutions including the University of Pennsylvania and the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, Tay is pursuing a BA in International Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management at Northumbria University.
