Xavier Duyck

Xavier Duyck has extensive experience in IT and operations management, currently serving as Head of IT Solutions for the BeNeLux region at DHL since March 2016, after previously overseeing operations for both the Benelux and Nordics. In this role, Xavier has delivered comprehensive IT supply chain solutions, grown a team of IT professionals, and managed approximately 40 FTE across multiple teams. Prior positions include IT Program Lead, where strategic alignment between operations and IT was streamlined, and Senior Operations Manager with responsibility over a multi-customer campus overseeing around 150 FTE. With a background at XPO Logistics as Warehouse Manager and various roles at DHL including Operations Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, Xavier began a career in educational coaching while studying at the University of Antwerp, where a Master’s Degree in Commercial Engineering, Transport and Logistics was earned.
