Hema Rodye

Hema Rodye has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hema currently serves as the Head of Operations at Dhoot Transmission Pvt. Ltd., a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to this, Hema worked at Sphinx Adonis as a Relationship Manager from 2009 until January 2022.

Additionally, Hema has volunteered at Local Projects from 2007 to 2010, where they contributed to the successful completion of a 20,000 sq ft skating rink construction project and raised funds for scholarships for orphanage and Corporation school students in Pune.

Furthermore, Hema was a co-founder of Soft Concept, a company where they provided training on MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) and achieved the record of training the youngest MCSD in the world at the age of 13.

Before that, Hema worked as a Software Trainer at Helix Computers from 1996 to 2000. Overall, Hema Rodye brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their various roles.

Hema Rodye completed their higher education in a chronological order. Hema attended Mount Carmel Convent from 1986 to 1988, and then enrolled at lord munroe high school from 1987 to 1990. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from Uttar Pradesh Jobs, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they earned another BE degree in Electronics from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, attending from 1991 to 1995.
