Sapna Chobay has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2023, they worked as a Production Engineer at Dhoot Transmission Pvt. Ltd., overseeing a large manufacturing department and focusing on productivity improvement and cost reduction. Sapna also worked as a Lead Generation Specialist and Business Development Executive at Satya Kabir E-Solutions Private Limited from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for identifying new business opportunities and delivering pitches to potential clients. In 2023, they completed a course in Azure Bot creation and Project Management at Great Learning. In 2021, they worked as a Process Partner and Human Resources Intern at Aashman Foundation, where they helped implement organizational policies and procedures and assisted in HR duties such as candidate screening and interview organization.
