Noe del Bosque

Noe Del Bosque has a significant amount of experience in healthcare administration and facility management. Noe is currently the Sr. Vice President of Support Services at DHR Health, a role they have held since October 2023. Prior to that, they were the System Director of Plant Operations at South Texas Health System from July 2021 to September 2023. From April 2020 to July 2021, they served as the Director of Plant Operations and Engineering at UT Health East Texas. Noe also has a long tenure at Midland Memorial Hospital, where they held several leadership positions. Noe was the Vice President of Patient Experience and Safety from April 2019 to April 2020, the Vice President of Hospitality and Support Services from November 2014 to April 2019, and the Director of Clinical Engineering, Safety & Security, Emergency Preparedness, and Valet Services from October 2011 to November 2014. Noe began their career at CHRISTUS Health as the Regional Director of Clinical Engineering, a role they held from February 1994 to June 2010. Throughout their career, Noe has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as patient experience, facility planning, construction, safety, emergency preparedness, and clinical engineering.

Noe Del Bosque, FACHE, CHFM, CHSP has a comprehensive education history. Noe earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Science from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2006. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Biomedical Equipment Technology from Texas State Technical College in 1988. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Management from Walden University, graduating in 2014. Additionally, Noe Del Bosque has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Notably, they became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) in 2019 and a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) in 2022. Noe has also completed executive presence training and earned certificates in healthcare change leadership, value-based product evaluation and implementation, healthcare safety, healthcare leadership for mass casualty incidents, and completed the CHRISTUS Health Academy program.
