Prior roles include Deputy Manager HR at G R Infraprojects Limited and Trinity Online Trade Pvt Ltd, as well as Assistant Manager in Corporate HR - Learning & Development at HIL Limited (C.K. Birla Group). Aishwarya's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance appraisal, learning and development, and HR analytics. Aishwarya earned an MBA in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad and holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from S. Sinha College.
