Kim Naidoo

Kim Naidoo serves as the Human Resources Lead at Schneider Electric since December 2022, where responsibilities include driving global people strategy, coaching leadership on people effectiveness, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Senior Human Resource Business Partner at AstraZeneca, managing HR operations for over 150 employees and leading initiatives aimed at engagement and performance development across Southern Africa. Experience also includes positions at Cape Union Mart, Vodacom, JD Group, and Holobye Trading, emphasizing talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR management. Kim holds an Honours degree in Human Resources Management from MANCOSA and is currently pursuing certification as a coach from Gallups.
