Zoe Zheng

Zoe Zheng is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead at Schneider Electric since October 2022. In this role, Zoe leads the Talent Acquisition team and manages comprehensive workforce initiatives to attract talent and support business growth. Prior to this, Zoe was an HR Business Partner at the Hong Kong Productivity Council's Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Division and served as HR Manager at the Hong Kong Industrial Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Centre, where collaboration with leadership focused on enhancing employee relations and productivity. Experience at GE Healthcare included serving as Regional Talent Acquisition Operations Leader and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, managing recruitment processes across multiple regions. Zoe's educational background includes a Master's degree in E-commerce and Internet Computing from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Shanghai University of Electric Power.
