Archie Caride

Archie Caride is an accomplished professional in the arts, currently serving as a Gallery Assistant and Intern at Yancey Richardson Gallery while also holding a Fellowship at Dia Art Foundation focused on contemporary art and community engagement. As the founder of the clothing brand Mortal, Archie emphasizes sustainable manufacturing practices. Archie has gained extensive experience at Wesleyan University, managing the sculpture studio, directing The Workshop, and contributing to the Zilkha Gallery through research and curatorial efforts. Additional roles include graphic design work for several organizations and teaching assistant positions, which developed skills in art instruction and project management. Archie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Studio and Sociology from Wesleyan University.
