Jens Grueger

Jens Grueger is a Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), serving as a Senior Expert for Pricing & Access in Healthcare since November 2019, focusing on equitable access to medical innovations. Jens also holds a position as a Fellow at the BCG Henderson Institute, contributing to strategic discussions in business and technology. In addition, Jens is a member of the Board of Directors for DIA and has held leadership roles within ISPOR, serving as Past-President and President. An Affiliate Professor at the University of Washington, Jens has previously held significant positions at Roche, Pfizer, and Novartis, including Global Head of Pricing & Reimbursement at Novartis Pharma. Jens earned a PhD in Mathematical Statistics and Theoretical Medicine from TU Dortmund University.
