Paolo Ceschin

Paolo Ceschin currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Diab since September 2009, with additional roles as Financial and IT Manager, Financial and HR Manager, and a member of the Board of Directors. Prior experience includes positions as Controller at Alcoa from January 2005 to August 2009 and various roles at Zoppas Industries from November 1999 to December 2004, including Plant Controller and Assistant Controller. Paolo's military service includes a commission as an Officer (Lieutenant) in the Italian Army, completed with the 171° Lieutenant Course at TRAMAT. Educational qualifications consist of an Executive Master in Finance from CUOA Business School and a degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, along with advanced studies in Talent Management at Lund University.
