Ian Naylor

Ian Naylor has a wealth of experience in the legal field, with a focus on compliance and governance. Ian most recently served as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Diabetes UK since June 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Acting Legal & Governance Director at CIPD from April 2019 to June 2020, and also served as the Head of Legal at CIPD from June 2015 to June 2020. Before joining CIPD, Ian was the Group Legal Director at Thomas International from July 2014 to June 2015. Ian also worked as the Legal Director at Randstad UK from 2008 to 2013, and as the Legal Director at Randstad UK Holding Limited from 2008 to 2010.

Ian Naylor pursued their undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Southampton, completing the LLB program from 1989 to 1992.
