Arran Rutledge

As Interim VP of Finance, Arran is responsible for managing all the strategic and operational finance activities, supporting the Chief Financial Officer in driving business performance. Arran works with the senior management team and across all departments to ensure that the strategic and operational goals of the business are achieved. He has oversight of all finance functions including, but not limited to, external and internal reporting, audit, corporate structuring, tax compliance and planning, regulatory compliance, M&A, and share options. Arran has been working in senior finance and leadership roles in industry for more than 20 years across IT and pharmaceutical businesses spanning publicly listed, private equity, family-owned and start-up phase. Arran is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in operational finance, strategy and business partnering and development.
