Kimrey Tefft

Kimrey Tefft is the current Chief People Officer at Diaconia. Prior to their current position, they served as the Regional Director of HR for the East Region at Marriott Vacation Club International from 2006 to 2011. From 1992 to 2006, Ms. Tefft held various senior leadership positions in HR/Training, Rooms Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing at Marriott International. Kimrey has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a well-respected leader in their field.

Kimrey Tefft has a BA in Industrial Relations/HR from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kimrey also has an HR Certification from Duke University. In addition, they are a Certified Facilitator from The Culture Works, VitalSmarts, Alpha UMi Inc, and Gallup.
