Magnus Larsson

Magnus Larsson is an experienced HR Manager at Diadrom since September 2016, overseeing recruitment and employee experience while also managing a team of Business Analysts and Requirement Engineers. Prior to this, Magnus held various leadership roles at Volvo Penta from November 2003 to September 2016, significantly improving team engagement and employee satisfaction as Team Leader of Sales Engineering Industrial, among other responsibilities. Magnus also served as Deputy Director and acting Director in Sales Engineering, demonstrating strong capabilities in team organization and coaching. Earlier experience includes team leadership in hardware installation at Volvo Group and hardware development at Volvo Powertrain. Magnus holds a Master’s degree in Electronics from Chalmers University of Technology.
