Alberto Floristan

Alberto Floristan Zubieta is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business performance and finance leadership across multiple global markets. Since March 2017, Alberto has served as the Head of Business Performance for Great Britain at Diageo, leading various finance-related roles including Director positions in Africa and the Americas, and overseeing global finance transformation initiatives. Prior to Diageo, Alberto held positions at Coach as a Senior Analyst in FP&A and at Mahou San Miguel, where key achievements included creating an automated financial database and managing extensive financial analyses. Alberto's career began with roles at Unidos Financial Services INC as an Intern Business Analyst and the Spanish Consulate in New York as a Legal Assistant, where important contributions were made in immigration processes and financial assessments. Alberto holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Laws from Universidad Pública de Navarra.
