Ana Araque

Ana Araque is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and executive assistance. Currently serving as the Assistant HR Manager for LATAM at Diageo since June 2023, Ana focuses on successions planning, strategic planning, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the President/CEO at Xylem Tree Experts and Celebrity Personal Assistant to the President/CEO at Heroic Public Speaking. Additionally, Ana has extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at ResourceDirect and has worked as a Relationship Manager at Grupo Bancolombia. Ana holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Finance from Universidad de Medellín and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from Central New Mexico Community College.
