Currently serving as HR Director for Diageo South Africa and holding the position of AFRICA Head of Talent Engagement, Arlene has previously held key positions such as Head HR - Commercial at Brandhouse Beverages (Pty) Ltd and HR Director for Southern and Eastern Africa & Indian Ocean Islands at Philip Morris International. Arlene’s career also includes significant roles at Old Mutual, where responsibilities included Senior Executive Human Resources and Executive Human Resources Manager within different divisions.
