Ben Kind

Ben Kind currently serves as the Innovation Commercialisation Manager at Diageo since June 2025. Prior to this role, Ben spent nearly six years at Brown-Forman, where positions included Global Brand Manager for Slane Irish Whiskey and Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, as well as Woodford Reserve and Old Forester. Responsibilities encompassed leading global brand strategies, developing communications platforms, and launching innovation projects. Earlier experience included various roles at Danone, where Ben managed leading brands such as Activia and Volvic, driving marketing campaigns and digital transformations. Ben holds a BSc Hons in Marketing Management from Lancaster University, where studies took place from 2011 to 2015.
