Mitch Lassman

Mitch Lassman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience & HR Transformation at Diageo since November 2021. Previously, Mitch held various positions at Amazon, including Senior HR Program Manager and HR Program Manager in People eXperience & Technology from April 2019 to November 2021. At Accenture, Mitch worked as a Management Consultant from August 2008 to April 2019, co-leading the Workforce experience and HR practice within the UKI FS Talent & Organisation consulting business. Mitch's extensive background includes roles as a Senior Analyst for New Country Acquisition at Alamo Rent A Car and Associate Consultant at BDO Stoy Hayward. Mitch holds a First Class Honours BA in Geography from the University of Leeds.
