Raymond Reddrick

Raymond Reddrick is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and manufacturing operations within leading companies. Currently serving as SVP Manufacturing and Distillation at Diageo since 2020, Raymond has played a pivotal role in launching co-manufacturing partnerships that support Diageo's growth strategy. Prior to this, Raymond held the position of Vice President Supply Chain at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, where leadership led to the rapid establishment of a successful manufacturing and distribution network. Previous roles include Director of Manufacturing Operations at Land O'Lakes and various positions at PepsiCo, where significant improvements in operational efficiency and quality control were achieved. Raymond's career began with significant contributions at Rocco Turkeys Inc., Sony DADC, and HARMAN International, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
