Roberta Fontana has extensive experience in marketing and commercial leadership, currently serving as Commercial Director and AD at Diageo since June 2010. In this role, Roberta has held various positions including Head of Off Trade, Head of Reserve Italy, Global SEM and Category Manager, and Marketing Manager for Luxury and Zacapa brands in Western Europe. Prior to Diageo, Roberta worked at Mattel BV from July 2006 to May 2010 as Marketing EEMEA and Brand Manager for Barbie. Earlier career experience includes a role as Product Manager at L'Oreal from 2002 to 2006. Roberta holds a Laurea in Scienze dell'Economia e della Gestione Aziendale with a focus on Business Economy and Marketing from Università Bocconi, completed in 2002.
