Qamar Arfeen

Qamar Arfeen is a highly experienced Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician at Diagnostic Group of Southeast Texas since July 2014, and has served as CEO of Harbor Healthcare Systems since September 2005. Qamar Arfeen completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at MD Anderson/UTHSC in Houston from 1994 to 1998 and pursued a residency in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University from 1991 to 1994.
