Colleen Isa

Colleen Isa possesses extensive experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of System Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition at Queens Health Systems since August 2018. Previously, Colleen held the position of Workforce Planning Manager at Diagnostic Laboratory Services. Colleen Isa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
