Roshni Singerman

Roshni Singerman is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of People & Operations at Diagrid since February 2023. Roshni also holds a part-time role as an HR and Recruiting Consultant and is a member of StartupExperts, an exclusive community of HR and Ops leaders, as well as CPOHQ, focusing on collaborative problem-solving and professional growth. Previously, Roshni was the Head of People at RudderStack, overseeing recruiting and people operations, and held significant recruiting leadership positions at Cloudflare, including Recruiting Team Lead for APAC. Early career experience includes roles at Apple, CA Technologies, Mi Pueblo Food Center, and an internship at Get in2 China. Roshni holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University.
