Robert Kivlan is the President of Underdog Social Ministries, where since 2011, efforts have focused on glorifying Christ by serving underprivileged communities through meeting basic needs, education, and unique opportunities. Notably, Underdog has constructed a school and church for displaced earthquake victims in Canaan, Haiti. Additionally, Kivlan serves as a Program Manager at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, overseeing a voluntary aftercare program for youth aging out of the system, and has received the Innovative Non-Profit Program of the Year Award. Past roles include Development Officer and Counselor, emphasizing the creation of a safe learning environment for at-risk youth. Kivlan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Central Penn College and an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from HACC, along with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.
