Community and Program Management

The Community and Program Management team at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries oversees the implementation and management of various programs aimed at supporting children, youths, families, and older adults. They coordinate housing and mental health services, plan and direct community life activities, and ensure effective program execution to transform lives through comprehensive, compassionate care and support.
