Torkil Sletten

Torkil Sletten is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Økonomi- og finansdirektør at Diakonhjemmet since November 2022, Torkil previously held the position of Finansdirektør at Bane NOR from February 2017 to November 2022. Torkil's career at Norsk Hydro ASA spanned over a decade, during which time roles included Head of Cash Management and Accounting, Head of Strategy and Industry Analysis, Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy and Business Development, and Manager of Strategy, Performance and Planning in Aluminium Metal. Prior experience includes serving as Business Controller at Dynal Biotech ASA and Senior Associate at PwC. Torkil holds a Siviløkonom degree in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
