Stephan Roeger

Stephan Roeger has extensive experience in the field of public relations and communications, currently serving as Referent Freikirchen und Verbandskommunikation and Online-Manager at Diakonie Deutschland since February 1998. Responsibilities include managing the organization's social media presence, developing online strategies, and acting as deputy press spokesperson. Prior to this role, Stephan Roeger worked at Diakonisches Werk der EKD from March 1991 to January 1998 as Fach-Referent EDV, focusing on IT infrastructure and support, and as a Referent in the department for Missionarische Dienste. Additionally, experience includes serving as personal advisor to the president and press spokesperson at Diakonisches Werk der evangelischen Kirchen in der DDR from February 1989 to February 1991. Educational qualifications include a degree in Public Relations from the Deutsche Akademie für Public Relations (DAPR) and theological studies at Theologisches Seminar Buckow.
