Linda Andersson has over 20 years of global experience in human resources (HR). Linda has held various HR roles at DIAKRIT International and Accenture. At DIAKRIT International, Linda served as the Director of People & Culture and Global HR Manager. Linda was also the Head of Employer Branding & Recruitment, where they were responsible for recruitment and employer branding for offices in multiple locations. At Accenture, Linda worked as the Nordic Recruitment Lead at Unilever, overseeing recruitment processes and team performance. Linda also served as a Payroll Specialist and HR Generalist, providing HR administration and support for a large outsourcing project. Overall, Linda has extensive experience in recruitment, HR administration, payroll, and process improvements.

Linda Andersson has a diverse education history. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Uppsala University and obtained a Master's degree in Management of International Business. Prior to that, they studied at Uppsala University from 2007 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Economics with a focus on International Business. In 2007 to 2008, they also took psychology courses at Linnaeus University at A-B level.

In 2005 to 2007, Linda attended Lund University and studied Chinese at A-C level. Linda further expanded their knowledge of the Chinese language by taking Chinese courses at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2004 to 2006.

Additionally, Linda Andersson has obtained a certification in "Developing Managers in Organizations" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
