Josh Knox

Josh is a Director at Dial Partners and joined in 2022. He is responsible for M&A deal execution and origination.

Previously, Josh has worked in various boutique investments banks and large corporate banks in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, including JC Rathbones, ANZ Banking Group and Dixon Advisory Group.

Josh has over 10 years’ experience in corporate advisory on both the equity side (M&A) and debt side (debt structuring and advisory). Most recently he has been running an independent advisory firm with a special focus on capital raising and M&A.

He graduated from the University of Waikato with a First Class Honours Degree, double-majoring in both Finance and Economics.
