Thomas Freeman is an Investment Banking Intern at Clairfield International, having previously served as an M&A Summer Intern at BDO UK LLP and participated in an M&A Insight Week with the Growth Advisory team. Additional experience includes a Spring Internship with Goldman Sachs in the Financing Group and co-founding Mayer Capital to support entrepreneurial ventures. As Treasurer of the Exeter Student Investment Fund, Thomas won the ExSIF Stock Pitch Competition in 2023. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter and a short course in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi. Thomas completed A-Levels in Mathematics, Design & Technology, and Physics at Haileybury UK, alongside service as a Cadet Lance Corporal with the Combined Cadet Force Association.
