Jake Ward

Jake Ward began their work experience in 2011 as a Licensed Realtor at eXp Realty, LLC. In 2014, they joined Dial Retirement Communities as a Community Operations Director for the Legacy program. Jake then served as the Executive Director/Community Operations Director from 2016 to 2020. Jake currently holds the position of Regional Director of Operations at Dial Retirement Communities, starting in April 2020.

Jake Ward obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from the University of Northern Iowa, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Ashford University from 2013 to 2015.
