Ariana Johnson is currently the Manager of Contact Center Operations at DialAmerica, where Ariana oversees the call center operations for health insurance. Prior to this role, Ariana worked as an Operations Manager at Inktel Contact Center Solutions and as a 411 Operator at Metro One Direct. Ariana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Strayer University, in addition to an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Valencia College.
