Dinara Wagawatte, CLSSBB, serves as the General Manager of CX Transformation, Service Compliance & Governance at Dialog Axiata PLC, where responsibilities include executing the Customer Experience framework and managing compliance and risk management strategies. With a career at Dialog spanning over two decades, Dinara has held various leadership roles focused on customer experience transformation, digital adoption, and retail operations. Dinara is also a Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Business, University of Moratuwa, teaching CX Management and Design Thinking. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Open University of Sri Lanka and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Customer Relationship Management.
