Rochelle Baylon

Rochelle Baylon is a seasoned professional in architecture and design management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager for Design and Construction at Rockwell Primaries since January 2013. With extensive experience at Rockwell Land Corporation since 2001 as Senior Manager 2 on the Design and Planning Team, Rochelle possesses licenses in architecture and plumbing engineering, along with expertise in design management, business development, and technical support for pre-design initiatives. Previous positions include Store Architect at WENPHIL Corporation, Project Architect at Land and Housing Development Corporation, and Jr. Architect at Robinsons Land Corporation - World Engineering. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and continues to pursue further education at the Asian Institute of Management since 2013.
