Kris then worked at The Invisible Fence Company as a Marketing and Operations Manager from 1996 to 1995. From 2000 to 2001, they were a Consultant at BCG (The Boston Consulting Group). In 2001, they co-founded Zebo, LLC dba Halcyon and Stella Public House, where they built a European coffee bar retail concept to $1 million in revenue within 3 years. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Dell in various roles, including Senior Consultant, Global Product Strategy, WW Product Group, Hardware; Senior Consultant, Latitude Brand Notebooks, Pricing & Profitability Management; Marketing Director, North American Consumer Marketing; Marketing Director, North American Consumer Business Development and Planning; and Marketing Director, Merchandising. In 2011, they joined The Dialog Group of Companies as a Group Director, where they were responsible for overall growth and profitability of accounts. Kris provided account leadership, ensuring sound planning and excellent service to maintain a solid client/agency relationship, and was ultimately responsible for the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure client earnings, growth, and profit goals were achieved.
Kris Hardy received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School between 1998 and 2000, majoring in Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts from RICE UNIVERSITY between 1991 and 1995, majoring in Economics and Psychology.
