Susan Craft

Susan Craft has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and business intelligence fields. Susan began their career in 1994 as a Senior Account Associate at SDR Consulting. In 1996, they moved to Prudential Financial as a Senior Decision Analyst. Susan then joined Acxiom in 1999 as a Business Intelligence Consultant/Sr. Decision Analyst. In 2000, they became a Senior Marketing Manager at USGIFT.com. In 2004, they were appointed Executive Director, Marketing at AmericasMart Atlanta. In 2006, they joined Tocquigny Advertising as Director, Analytics and Business Intelligence. Most recently, in 2007, they became Group Director at Dialog Group, Austin, a strategic marketing consulting firm.

Susan Craft attended the University of Florida from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Quantitative Analysis. Susan then attended Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 1995 to 1996, where they earned a MS Managerial Sciences degree with a focus on Decision Sciences, Strategy, Business Analysis, Operations Management, and Organizational Behavior.
