Thomas Pflipsen

Thomas Pflipsen began their career in 2020 as a Project Manager and Strategic Account Manager at ClinicNote. In 2022, they transitioned to Dialog Health - Texting Software + Solutions, where they currently serve as an Associate Product Manager. At Dialog Health, Thomas is responsible for overseeing the company's two-way text messaging solutions, which are used to improve communication and engagement for patients, providers, and employees. The cloud-based and consumer-facing mobile messaging platform is HIPAA-compliant and has been shown to reduce no-shows, free-up staff time, decrease phone calls, increase revenue, improve compliance, and even boost staff morale.

Thomas Pflipsen graduated from Grinnell College in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & French.
