Elena Ruosi has extensive experience in customer care and relationship management, primarily with Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. and DIALOGO Italia s.r.l., where responsibilities include leading customer contacts and managing CRM initiatives. Prior to these roles, Elena worked in quality assurance and export sales in various sectors, including biomedical and engineering. Teaching experience spans from working with foreign children in language programs to adult literacy initiatives. Elena holds a degree in European Languages and Cultures from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and has furthered studies at Bristol University.
