Maddie Clingan

Maddie Clingan is a Principal Agile Coach and Agile People Manager at ControlPlane, where since May 2022, contributions include coaching a team of Scrum Masters, mentoring, and co-creating quarterly goals while engaging in management initiatives. Additionally, since May 2023, Maddie serves as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Dialogue Earth, along with a role as a Technical Board Advisor for The Client Relationship Consultancy Group from November 2019 to May 2022. Prior experience encompasses Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Ychina, Project Manager for the Yenching Global Symposium, Director of Delegates for Civil Service Fast Stream, and Policy Officer in the Work and Health Innovation Unit. Maddie holds a Master's of Law in Law and Society from Yenching Academy of Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York.
