Eino Haajanen

Eino Haajanen is a journalist currently working at Helsingin Sanomat since February 2023, with a full-time role at the news desk for summer 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a news presenter at Yle from September to December 2022, and working as a journalist at Turun Sanomat from May to August 2022. Eino also held a journalist position at Kainuun Sanomat through KPK Yhtiöt Oyj in mid-2021, alongside communications assistant roles at the State Treasury of Finland in late 2020 and summer 2020. Early work experience includes maintenance and sales roles at Palmia Oy and Wennborgin Tila, respectively. Eino is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Helsinki, with prior education from Vaskivuoren lukio, where a Finnish Matriculation Examination was completed in 2018.
