Your role as Director, Partnerships Management

Reporting to the Vice President, Partnerships, the role of the Director, National Partnership will be directing the Partnerships team who is responsible for establishing relationships with our existing national partners, advisors and brokers as well as the development of new business opportunities with strategic partners.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Leading a high-performing and highly engaged partnerships team including offering continuous guidance and coaching to ensure maximized results
  • Developing the strategy to reach revenue targets and exceed our ambitious growth objectives by continuously measuring the success of our partnerships across Canada
  • Strategizing on key partners to manage existing relationships and uncover revenue opportunities while also  identifying new business opportunities through new partnerships
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (sales, customer success, revenue and commercial operations, product, technology, service operations, and engineering) to support internal objectives and priorities
  • Reporting on partnerships activity and key performance indicators to the executive team

We'd love to hear from you, if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a high-performing environment with a track record of excellence
  • Track record of leading high performing and highly engaged teams
  • Experience managing large and complex relationships during and after sales cycles
  • Experience in healthcare and working in the HR and group insurance benefits space is a big plus
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with an ability to think through scenarios in a logical manner, always seeking to find outcomes that are mutually rewarding for Dialogue and its partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
