Emily Newell, CHRP-CRHA, is a seasoned professional in Talent and Culture, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Dialogue since November 2018. Emily collaborates on various Talent and Culture initiatives, providing relational support to employees and coaching Level 2 managers on employee relations and absence management. Previously, Emily held roles at Dialogue as a Talent & Culture Advisor and Human Resources Coordinator, gaining expertise in onboarding, HR documentation, and employee administration. Prior experience includes a Talent Acquisition Internship at Diagram Ventures and a supervisory position at Metro Inc., where Emily led a customer service team. Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Concordia University and a DEC in Commerce from John Abbott College.
