Mohamed Abouelwafa

Mohamed Abouelwafa is an accomplished software engineer with a strong background in computer science and extensive experience in both development and research. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Dialpad since September 2021, Mohamed also operates Waafisoft, a company founded in February 2020. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as a Senior R&D Engineer and Security Adapters Architect at Nokia from May 2015 to September 2021, and research as a Master's candidate at the University of Ottawa, focusing on Cache Replacement Algorithms. Additional roles held include various managerial and technical positions at TE and senior software development at Apex Technologies from 2009 to 2014. Mohamed holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Mansoura University.
